I'm writing this blog mostly to keep track of my diet/exercise progress. Seems like a good way to record my food intake as well as workout regimen.

350 salad w/grilled chicken, croutons, lf dressing
190 pop tart (oops!)
180 light frappuccino (damn you, Starbucks!)

Today's workout:
Today was an off day. I planned on taking a step class, but it was pre-empted by a HIP HOP class. Argh. I took the HH class, but didn't work up a sweat so I'm not counting it as a workout. It was fun, though. This white girl has no rhythm, however.

Had lunch at a restaurant today for V-day. Have zero idea on calorie counts. I only ate half of my burger and a little more than half of the fries. Which is a lot better than I usually would have done, that's for sure!!
