1 hour Step 2 class

Today's menu:
300 crackers
120 sausage
polenta appetizer
1/2 burger
cheese
fries
iced tea
bean burrito
salmon salad

????

Had lunch at a restaurant today for V-day. Have zero idea on calorie counts. I only ate half of my burger and a little more than half of the fries. Which is a lot better than I usually would have done, that's for sure!!
